Acosta Beltrán named Huejutla Bishop

Bishop-elect José Hiraís Acosta Beltrán was named Bishop of Huejutla, Hidalgo, México.

The diocese had been vacant since Bishop Salvador Rangel Mendoza, O.F.M. was named Bishop of Chilpancingo-Chilapa, Guerrero in June 2015.
