Bishay confirmed as Luqsor Bishop

Bishop-elect Emmanuel (Khaled Ayad) Bishay was named Bishop of Luqsor {Tebe} (Coptic), Egypt.

The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Youhannes Ezzat Zakaria Badir in December 2015.
