Bishop-elect Mandla Siegfried Jwara, C.M.M. was named Vicar Apostolic of Ingwavuma, South Africa and titular bishop of Elephantaris in Proconsulari.
The Vicariate had been vacant since Bishop José Luís Gerardo Ponce de León, I.M.C. was named Bishop of Manzini in November 2013.
