Ventimilla Cabrera named Azogues Bishop

Bishop-elect Oswaldo Patricio Ventimilla Cabrera was named Bishop of Azogues, Ecuador.

The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Carlos Anibal Altamirano Argüello in September 2015.
