Barrera Pacheco named Tarma Bishop

Bishop-elect Luis Alberto Barrera Pacheco, M.C.C.I. was named Bishop of Tarma, Peru.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Richard Daniel Alarcón Urrutia was named Archbishop of Cuzco in October 2014.
