Da Silva and Ferreira de Lacerda named Belo Horizonte Auxiliaries

Bishop-elect Geovane Luís da Silva and Bishop-elect Otacilio Ferreira de Lacerda were named Auxiliary Bishops of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil and titular bishops of Mons in Numidia and Tulana, respectively.
