Olave Villanoba named Tumaco Bishop

Bishop-elect Orlando Olave Villanoba was named Bishop of Tumaco, Colombia.

The diocese had been vacant since the retirement of Bishop Gustavo Girón Higuita, O.C.D. in July 2015.
