Zordán named Gualeguaychú Bishop

Bishop-elect Héctor Luis Zordán, M.SS.CC. was named Bishop of Gualeguaychú, Argentina.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Jorge Eduardo Lozano was named Coadjutor Archbishop of San Juan de Cuyo in June 2016.
