Boruta resigned, Kėvalas succeeded as Telšiai Bishop

Bishop Jonas Boruta, S.J. resigned and Bishop Kęstutis Kėvalas succeeded as Bishop of Telšiai (-Klaipeda), Lithuania.

Bishop Kėvalas had been serving as Coadjutor Bishop of the same diocese.
