Francistown elevated to Diocese; Nubuasah named Bishop

The Vicariate Apostolic was elevated to the Diocese of Francistown, Botswana.

Bishop Franklyn (Frank) Atese Nubuasah, S.V.D. had been serving as Vicar Apostolic and was named Bishop of the new diocese.
