Rugambwa named Evangelization of Peoples Secretary

Archbishop Protase Rugambwa was named Secretary of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.

In addition, Archbishop-elect Giovanni Pietro Dal Toso was named an official of the same congregation and titular archbishop of Foratiana.
