Gianni retired, Gucwa named Bouar Bishop

Bishop Armando Umberto Gianni, O.F.M. Cap. retired and Bishop-elect Mirosław Gucwa was named Bishop of Bouar, Central African Republic.

Bishop Gianni was one of only four bishops named to their current post by Pope Paul VI.
