Michiaki Yamanouchi named Saitama Bishop

Bishop-elect Mario Michiaki Yamanouchi, S.D.B. was named Bishop of Saitama, Japan.

The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Marcellino Taiji Tani in July 2013.
