Cuica Chissengueti named Cabinda Bishop

Bishop-elect Belmiro Cuica Chissengueti, C.S.Sp. was named Bishop of Cabinda, Angola.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Filomeno do Nascimento Vieira Dias was named Archbishop of Luanda in December 2014.
