Oliach named Soroti Bishop

Bishop-elect Joseph Eciru Oliach was named Bishop of Soroti, Uganda.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Emmanuel Obbo, A.J. was named Archbishop of Tororo in January 2018.
