Rucastle named Oudtshoorn Bishop

Bishop-elect Noel Andrew Rucastle was named Bishop of Oudtshoorn, South Africa.

The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Francisco Fortunato de Gouveia in July 2018.
