Parkes named Savannah Bishop

Bishop-elect Stephen Douglas Parkes was named Bishop of Savannah, Georgia, USA.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Gregory John Hartmayer, O.F.M. Conv. was named Archbishop of Atlanta in March 2020.
