Foerster named Ji-Paraná Bishop

Bishop-elect Norbert Hans Christoph Foerster, S.V.D. was named Bishop of Ji-Paraná, Rondonia, Brazil.

The diocese had been vacant since the retirement of Bishop Bruno Pedron, S.D.B. in June 2019.
