Scantlebury named Bridgetown Bishop

Bishop-elect Neil Sebastian Scantlebury was named Bishop of Bridgetown, Barbados, Antilles.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Charles Jason Gordon was named Archbishop of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago in October 2017.
