Sinaga named Sibolga Bishop

Bishop-elect Fransiskus Tuaman Sinaga was named Bishop of Sibolga, Indonesia.

The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Ludovikus Simanullang, O.F.M. Cap. in September 2018.
