Solichin named Padang Bishop

Bishop-elect Vitus Rubianto Solichin, S.X. was named Bishop of Padang, Indonesia.

The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Martinus Dogma Situmorang, O.F.M. Cap. in November 2019.
