Vérgez Alzaga named Vatican City State President

Arhcbishop-designate Fernando Vérgez Alzaga, L.C. was named President of the Pontifical Commission for Vatican City State and President of the Governatorate of Vatican City State as well as being elevated to an archbishop, effective on 1 Oct.
