Bravo Cortés named Tibú Bishop

Bishop-elect Israel Bravo Cortés was named Bishop of Tibú, Colombia.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Omar Alberto Sánchez Cubillos, O.P. was named Archbishop of Popayán in Ocotober 2020.
