Archbishop George Anthony Frendo, O.P. retired and Archbishop-designate Arjan Dodaj, F.D.C. was named Archbishop of Tiranë-Durrës, Albania.

Archbishop-designate Dodaj had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of the same archdiocese.
