Bishop José Lampra Cà was named Bishop of Bissau, Guinea-Bissau.

The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop José Câmnate na Bissign in July 2020.

Bishop Lampra Cà had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of the same diocese.
