Mbuyisa named Kokstad Bishop

Bishop-elect Thulani Victor Mbuyisa, C.M.M. was named Bishop of Kokstad, South Africa.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Zolile Peter Mpambani, S.C.I. was named Archbishop of Bloemfontein in April 2020.
