Stack retired, O’Toole named Cardiff Archbishop

Archbishop George Stack retired and Archbishop-designate Mark O’Toole was named Archbishop of Cardiff, Wales, Great Britain as well as Bishop of Menevia.

Archbishop-designate O’Toole had been serving as Bishop of Plymouth, England.
