Maqdassi named Baghdad Auxiliary

Bishop Mikha Pola Maqdassi was named Auxiliary Bishop of Baghdad (Chaldean), Iraq and titular bishop of Seert dei Caldei.

He had been serving as Bishop of Alquoch.
