Overend Rigillo named Benghazi Vicar Apostolic

Bishop-elect Sandro Overend Rigillo, O.F.M. was named Vicar Apostolic of Benghazi, Libya.

The vicariate had been vacant since the retirement of Bishop Sylvester Carmel Magro, O.F.M. in February 2016.
