Proulx named Bathurst in Canada Bishop

Bishop-elect Michel Proulx, O. Praem. was named Bishop of Bathurst in Canada, New Brunswick.

The diocese had been vacant since Bishop Daniel Jodoin was named Bishop of Nicolet, Québec in October 2022.
