Castillo Matarrita named Kaga-Bandoro Bishop

Bishop-elect Victor Hugo Castillo Matarrita, M.C.C.I. was named Bishop of Kaga-Bandoro, Central African Republic.

The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Zbigniew Tadeusz Kusy, O.F.M. in March 2024.
