Estonia elevated to Diocese of Tallinn, Jourdan named Bishop

The Apostolic Administration of Estonia was elevated to the Diocese of Tallinn, Estonia.

Bishop Philippe Jean-Charles Jourdan was named its first bishop. He had been serving as Apostolic Administrator of Estonia.
