Hamao retired, Martino named Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples President

Stephen Fumio Cardinal Hamao retired and Renato Raffaele Cardinal Martino was named President of the Pontifical Council for Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples while retaining the Presidency of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace.
