The former Diocese of Djakovo o Bosna i Srijem

The former Diocese of Djakovo o Bosna i Srijem has been split into the newly elevated Archdiocese of Djakovo-Osijek and the Diocese of Srijem.

Archbishop-designate Martin Srakić was named the ordinary of the new Archdiocese. He had been serving as the ordinary of the formerly combined Diocese.

Bishop Djuro Gašparović was named the ordinary of the new Diocese. He had been serving as an Auxiliary Bishop of the formerly combined Diocese.
