Bishop Saldías Pedraza had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of La Paz.

Athipozhiyil retired, Anaparambil succeeded as Alleppey Bishop

Bishop Stephen Athipozhiyil retired and Bishop James Raphael Anaparambil succeeded as Bishop of Alleppey, India.
