Tartaglia named Paisley Bishop
Bishop-elect Philip Tartaglia was named Bishop of Paisley, Scotland. The diocese had been vacant since Bishop John Aloysius Mone retired in October, 2004. Bishop-elect Tartaglia had been serving as a priest in the Archdiocese of Glasgow.
