Rey resigned, Sarlinga named Zárate-Campana Bishop
Bishop Rafael Eleuterio Rey resigned and Bishop Oscar Domingo Sarlinga was named Bishop of Zárate-Campana, Argentina. Bishop Rey has been serving as a bishop for 22 years and as a priets for 47 years. Bishop Sarlinga had been serving as an Auxiliary Bishop of Mercedes-Luján.
