Gracias named Bombay Archbishop
Archbishop Oswald Gracias was named Archbishop of Bombay, India. The Archdiocese had been vacant since Archbishop Ivan Dias was named Prefect of Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples in May 2006. Archbishop Gracias had been serving as Archbishop of Agra.
