Luigi Cardinal Poggi, Cardinal, Archivist Emeritus of the Vatican Secret Archives, has died.
He was 92 years old and had served as a priest for 69 years. He had also served as a bishop for almost 45 years (anniversary of consecration was next Sunday) and as a cardinal for 15 years.
May he rest in peace.
