Random Cardinal Charts (updated) and related stats

I've had an opportunity to mess with the databases and update the Cardinal Charts.

The charts are:

• Number of Cardinals (1585-2020; 1915-2020; and 1965-2020)

• Currently 123 Cardinal Electors of 210 Total
  If no one dies, the college will return to 120 electors in late July
  Average since 1585: 72 Electors of 82 Total
• Current Average Age of All Cardinals: 77.93
  Average since 1585: 64.4
  Highest since 1585: 78.66 was in February 2012, just before the last Consistory to Create Cardinals
  If no one dies, we'll tie that around January 2013
  
• Current Average Age of Cardinal Electors: 72.2
  Average since 1585: 63.6
  
• Current Average Years of Service as a Cardinal: 11.4
  Average since 1585: 11.3
