Bishop Andrzej Jeż was named Bishop of Tarnów, Poland.
The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Wiktor Paweł Skworc was named Archbishop of Katowice in October 2011.
Bishop Jeż had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of the same diocese.
