Archbishop François Charles Garnier died and Archbishop Vincent Dollmann succeeded as Archbishop of Cambrai, France.
Archbishop Dollmann had been serving as Coadjutor Archbishop of the same archdiocese.
Archbishop Garnier was 74 years old. He had served as a priest for 48 years and as a bishop for 27 years. May he rest in peace.
