Archbishop-elect Emmanuel Dabbaghian was confirmed as Archbishop of Baghdad (Armenian), Iraq. The Archdiocese had been vacant since Archbishop Paul Coussa retired in October 2001.

My intention, for now, is to give the country(s) involved as the label plus a few other keywords when appropriate. I've added labels for the 2007 postings.
