Montemayor named Sénégal and Cape Verde Nuncio
Archbishop-elect Luis Mariano Montemayor was named Apostolic Nuncio to Sénégal and to Cape Verde; Apostolic Delegate to Mauritania; and titular archbishop of Illici.
