Archbishop Keleher has died

Archbishop James Patrick Keleher, Archbishop Emeritus of Kansas City in Kansas, USA, had died.

He was 93 years old and had served as a priest for 66 years and as a bishop for just under 40 years.

May he rest in peace.

The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Christopher Alan Saunders in August 2021.

Bishop Norton had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of Brisbane.
