Medroso named Tagbilaran Bishop
Bishop Leonardo Yuzon Medroso was named Bishop of Tagbilaran, Philippines. The diocese had been vacant since Bishop Leopoldo Sumaylo Tumulak was named the Ordinary for the Philippines Military. Bishop Medroso had been serving as Bishop of Borongan.
