Fenoy named San Miguel Bishop
Bishop Sergio Alfredo Fenoy was named Bishop of San Miguel, Argentina. The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop José Luis Mollaghan was named Archbishop of Rosario in December 2005. Bishop Fenoy had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of Rosario.
