Martínez Castilla named Ciudad Lázaro Cárdenas Bishop
Bishop-elect Fabio Martínez Castilla was named Bishop of Ciudad Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, México. The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Salvador Flores Huerta in September 2006.
