Libera named Płock Bishop
Bishop Piotr Libera was named Bishop of Płock, Poland. The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Stanislaw Wojciech Wielgus was named Archbishop of Warszawa {Warsaw} in December 2006. Bishop Libera had been serving as an Auxiliary Bishop of Katowice.
