Bishop-elect Paolo Bizzeti, S.J. was named Vicar Apostolic of Anatolia, Turkey and titular bishop of Tabae.
The Vicariate Apostolic had been vacant since the death of Bishop Luigi Padovese, O.F.M. Cap. in June 2010.
